About The Position
Join a supportive, patient-centered dental team where your skills truly matter. Are you a motivated, team-oriented & reliable Front office coordinator looking for a place to grow, feel valued, and make an impact each day? We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience! Schedule: Monday: 8AM-5PM Tuesday- Thursday: 7:15AM-5PM 3 days a week with potential for 4 days!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and accurately input patient and insurance information
- Collect co-pays, process payments, and balance daily transactions
- Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered and insurance plans accepted
- Confirm patient appointments and manage the daily schedule to reduce no-shows
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain an organized front office environment
