The Provo ORS team is looking for a dedicated professional to join us as a Compliance Agent III. As a Senior ORS Agent (Compliance Agent III), you will play a critical role in our office's success by managing complex casework and guiding team operations.

Responsibilities

• Determining correct debt balances and executing precise accounting adjustments.
• Ensuring strict compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and internal agency guidelines.
• Researching and responding to complex inquiries or complaints, explaining policies clearly, and facilitating fair resolutions.
• Conducting targeted interviews to gather or clarify critical case information.
• Investigating public and private records to locate assets, income, and employment sources.
• Reviewing, verifying, and officially loading administrative and judicial orders into the system.
