Requirements

6+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis
Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience using Tableau
Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning
Experience working with executives
Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Project or Change Management Certification
Lean Six Sigma Certification
