Organizational Strategy and Operational Design Lead
About The Position
This role involves conducting enterprise-level analysis of operational systems, including supply chains and logistics, to understand the existing operational reality. The lead will develop and provide comprehensive productivity-enhancing solutions, which may involve modifying existing systems or implementing holistic redesigns. Recommendations can span policy, metrics, operational control analysis (AI, ML, and similar integration), data management, process steps & procedures, and supporting IT systems. The position also includes overseeing change management plans, developing operational strategies, conducting doctoral-level operational research and publication, and supporting Business Development (BD) artifacts and activities.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise-level analysis of operational systems, to include supply chains and logistics, to provide understanding of existing operational reality
- Develop and provide comprehensive productivity-enhancing solutions for enterprise operations based on enterprise-level analysis. Solutions may modify existing operational systems or be holistic redesigns. Recommendations may include, but are not limited to, changes in: Policy, Metrics, Operational Control Analysis (AI, ML, and similar integration), Data Management, Process Steps & Procedures, Supporting IT systems
- Provide and oversee change management plans
- Develop operational strategies
- Conduct doctoral-level operational research and publication
- Collaboratively support Business Development (BD) artifacts including, but not limited to: Proposals, Request For Information (RFI) responses, BD briefings, White papers, BD Strategies, Marketing materials
- Support BD activities including, but not limited to: Briefings, Conferences & forums, Doctoral-level papers
