MHC has an immediate full-time opening (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility as needed) for an Organizational Performance Specialist. This position will be mainly remote, but will go into an office location at least one time monthly. The Organizational Performance Specialist supports the Organizational Performance Manager in carrying out all administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature with regards to maintaining the agency’s training, accreditation, electronic health record implementation/maintenance, and agency intranet processes. Acts as the liaison between staff and various office systems that contribute, drive, and evaluate the organization’s overall performance. The Organizational Performance Specialist should have exceptional skills with technology and systems, organization and coordination, written and verbal communication, and superb attention to detail.
