About The Position

Delta Defense is seeking an Organizational Life Coach for a full-time position in West Bend, Wisconsin. This role is crucial for supporting the well-being of employees within a high-volume, fast-paced organization. The coach will manage a significant caseload, lead group programming, support leaders, and drive organization-wide initiatives focused on mental health, substance use disorders, and overall employee development. A key aspect of this role involves public speaking, both in-person and virtually, to deliver training sessions and presentations to large groups. The position emphasizes providing confidential, non-judgmental support and applying organizational psychology to strengthen individuals, teams, and the company culture.

Requirements

  • Active clinical licensure (PsyD, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing.
  • Master’s or graduate degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a high caseload without burnout.
  • Demonstrated comfort and experience with public speaking (virtual and in-person, small and large groups).
  • Strong clinical ethics and a strict approach to confidentiality.
  • Growth-minded, mission-aligned, and resilient.
  • Belief in the right of responsible Americans to protect themselves and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one counseling for mental health and substance abuse.
  • Lead skills-based training sessions focused on stress, burnout, and life navigation.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to large groups, including company-wide meetings and culture events.
  • Share resources on the Delta Culture channel weekly to improve employee wellbeing.
  • Partner with leaders and teams on relationship dynamics, communication, and performance health.
  • Facilitate New Employee Culture Training.
  • Connect employees to family, caregiver, and mental health resources.
  • Perform crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Track non-PHI data to measure and improve organizational health.
