We specialize in portfolio and project management, guiding teams through change, designing better ways to work, and designing measures and using data to realize better business outcomes. By carefully managing how different parts of the People Enablement function and company work together, we connect big-picture strategy with tangible outcomes. As the operational backbone of our team, this role will serve as the central coordinator for project planning, resource management, and administrative governance. You will partner closely with our team and cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure accountability to established deadlines, maintaining project momentum from initiation to completion. This role requires a unique blend of technical scheduling expertise and hands-on operational support to translate complex deliverables into project tasks and clear summaries. This will enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions, resolve issues, and mitigate risks, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
