About The Position

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking an innovative and collaborative Organizational Development Manager to help shape how we develop, engage, and support our employees throughout their careers with the Town. This is an opportunity to create, not simply administer, new programs. You will have the freedom to exercise creativity as you design and deliver training and development initiatives, strengthen onboarding and employee lifecycle programs, and partner directly with departments to understand their development and succession needs. You’ll take what you learn and turn it into practical, hands-on programs that help employees and leaders grow while strengthening the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing an opportunity, developing the solution, and then personally helping bring it to life. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between strategy and execution: consulting with departments one day, developing a new program the next, and standing in front of employees or supervisors to facilitate it.

  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in HR, training, talent and workforce development
