Organizational CSLT 3

UCSFSan Francisco, CA
$91,000 - $135,000

About The Position

This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to grow into organizational consulting — you don't need a background in this exact field, but you should be comfortable working with people, solving problems, and learning on the job. You'll help departments, schools, and teams across UCSF work through challenges and improve how they operate, with guidance from experienced colleagues every step of the way. You'll learn how to look at a situation from multiple angles, figure out what's really going on, and help recommend solutions that make sense. You'll get regular direction and support as you take on new types of projects, including some exposure to bigger-picture strategic planning. Over time, you'll build confidence making judgment calls about the best way to solve a problem — all while being part of a team that genuinely invests in your growth. UCSF’s School of Medicine Dean’s Office Strategic Programs & Digital Innovation Department (SOM P&I) is a team of collaborative innovators that deliver practical, holistic, and measurable solutions for faculty, departmental and enterprise initiatives in the School of Medicine. SOM P&I is closely aligned with the Dean’s Office priorities, providing strategic support on enterprise-wide projects, driving process design and transformation, as well as effective change management. SOM P&I’s team of technical experts also provides digital solutions, technical services, and program incubation.
