The role of an Organizational Change Senior Manager involves guiding clients through reinvention, including reimagining work and the workforce through technology, automation, and Generative AI. This includes translating strategic direction into holistic change strategies, building and leading change teams within large-scale programs, and embedding continuous change practices. The role also involves using data-driven insights to assess change readiness and adoption, designing agile change strategies to shift culture and ways of working, and applying human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions. Leading practice change tools and methodologies such as organizational change analytics, behavioral science, agile change management, and digital engagement tools are utilized. The position also focuses on helping clients build lasting agile change capabilities, supporting business development through proposals and client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the Talent and Organization practice through market research, thought leadership, and knowledge management. Travel may be required.
