The role also involves using data-driven insights to assess change readiness and adoption, designing agile change strategies to shift culture and ways of working, and applying human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions. Leading practice change tools and methodologies such as organizational change analytics, behavioral science, agile change management, and digital engagement tools are utilized. The position also focuses on helping clients build lasting agile change capabilities for organizational resiliency, contributing to business development through proposals and client relationship building, and advancing the T&O practice through market research, capability development, and knowledge management. Travel is expected as needed.
