About The Position

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to lead change management initiatives for enterprise IT projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies, business processes, and digital transformation efforts. The administrator will achieve this through comprehensive stakeholder engagement, effective communication, targeted training, and robust organizational readiness activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of professional experience, including project/program leadership and organizational change management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT projects and change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and change management practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of PMBOK principles and project management best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing organizational readiness, communication, and training strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across enterprise IT projects.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and training initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and resistance management activities.
  • Coordinate OCM deliverables, project milestones, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to support successful project adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and change readiness sessions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizational readiness and post-implementation adoption of new technologies and business processes.
  • Ensure OCM deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.
