The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Architect/Sales Lead is a high-impact role within the Adoption, Change, and Services Management (ACSM) practice. This role is responsible for shaping and growing consulting sales and leading delivery engagements across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, and the US). The individual will help customers achieve true organizational transformation by designing and selling services that drive adoption of Microsoft AI and cloud solutions at scale, and will also lead the delivery of these projects. The role involves close collaboration with customers to build change strategies, leadership alignment, and custom adoption plans to realize business value, accelerate time to impact, and create the operating model required to become a frontier firm. Success requires influencing both strategy and execution, helping customers adopt with confidence, scale with purpose, and translate AI ambition into sustained value creation.
