About The Position

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Architect/Sales Lead is a high-impact role within the Adoption, Change, and Services Management (ACSM) practice. This role is responsible for shaping and growing consulting sales and leading delivery engagements across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, and the US). The individual will help customers achieve true organizational transformation by designing and selling services that drive adoption of Microsoft AI and cloud solutions at scale, and will also lead the delivery of these projects. The role involves close collaboration with customers to build change strategies, leadership alignment, and custom adoption plans to realize business value, accelerate time to impact, and create the operating model required to become a frontier firm. Success requires influencing both strategy and execution, helping customers adopt with confidence, scale with purpose, and translate AI ambition into sustained value creation. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Change Management, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role for enterprise-level technology changes.
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Change Management, or related field AND 6+ years' experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role for enterprise-level technology changes.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in French (Canada) and English, written and spoken, required.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check and Reliability Status screening with the Government of Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy organizational change management and adoption solutions, collaborating with account/bid teams to understand customer business goals and challenges, and developing solutions that drive adoption and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Design and document advanced/complex solution approaches with realistic cost estimations and tradeoff analysis to balance risk and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in executing the ACSM Americas sales strategy, aligned with Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) priorities.
  • Identify, qualify, lead, manage, and close ACSM cloud-related opportunities on prioritized accounts, leading to documented customer business value and outcomes.
  • Increase customer business value by removing non-technical blockers to drive advanced technology adoption, including AI, and help customers lead with AI as they evolve into frontier firms.
  • Proactively identify actions required to develop ACSM opportunities aligned with the ACSM strategy and solution plays, leveraging business outcomes across 3 horizons as a roadmap for digital transformation.
  • Follow Microsoft's common sales and delivery methodology, providing updates and action plans per required sales rhythms, and understanding revenue drivers for other Microsoft business segments to align plans.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Microsoft Consulting sellers, partner teams, account teams, specialists, and pursuit and delivery teams through regular interactions.
  • Lead the adoption of Microsoft solutions technologies based on insight into major customer/partner projects, competitor solutions, and how customer business value can be driven through Microsoft's offerings.
  • Differentiate Microsoft's solutions in complex and/or high-risk customer/partner conversations to influence ACSM business value and solutions.
