About The Position

At Envision, the primary purpose of the Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities that will best support adoption. The OCM will work within the IT Capability Portfolio team and work across multiple projects. The Operational Change Manager will need to consistently provide exceptional communication and strong collaboration across various departments including IT, Business Operations and Clinicians. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships, deep experience driving change management, and a passion for understanding complex initiatives while successfully delivering work to best support Envision Healthcare.
