We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven Organic Growth Lead to accelerate top-of-funnel acquisition and deepen our connection with the creator community. You’ll execute against organic growth priorities set by Growth leadership, translating them into SEO programs, content insights, and experiments that drive measurable acquisition and conversion impact. You’ll work closely with Marketing as well as Product, Web Dev, and Analytics teams to expand our organic footprint, increase visibility, and improve conversion across key surfaces — all while helping to build authentic, meaningful relationships with the artists and creators who use our products. This position is central to implementing levers to optimize how we show up across the organic landscape by: Working with the GTM & creative teams to develop content that genuinely serves our users Surfacing community signals and turning them into growth opportunities Highlighting stories that reflect the diversity of our creator base Crafting experiences that foster engagement and belonging For us, organic growth is community growth, and we’re looking for someone who is as excited about building relationships as they are about driving traffic.
