About The Position

Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency that partners with ambitious B2B SaaS companies like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar to turn SEO and content into growth engines. We’re hiring an Organic Growth Analyst to support our client-facing strategists and help execute high-impact work across SEO and content.. This is an early-career role with room to grow. You’ll assist in research, reporting, and execution. You’ll learn how to build strategies that actually drive pipeline and revenue. And over time, you’ll have the chance to level up into a strategist role yourself. You’ll report to an Organic Growth Strategist and work closely with the rest of our strategy and content teams. The application password is ORGANIC25. This is a remote position, but you must have at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (ET) working hours.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in SEO, content, or digital marketing, or a strong interest in building a career in this space
  • An analytical mindset with basic experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Ahrefs
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Willingness to learn fast and take feedback
  • Clear, concise communicator who is comfortable asking questions
  • Comfortable working in a remote team with high standards and high trust
  • Availability that overlaps with at least 5 hours of ET time on weekdays

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B SaaS clients
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content audits, and backlink research
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that show how strategies are performing
  • Track and analyze client data to identify insights and opportunities
  • Help ensure deliverables meet our internal standards and drive real results
  • Join team brainstorms and client calls to observe and learn
  • Take initiative on internal projects, research, and R&D efforts
