Requirements

High school diploma, sometimes combined with medical assistant certification
Solid faxing and computer skills; familiarity with computerized documentation systems
Able to handle multiple tasks at once
Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to think critically
Dependable
Customer service background
Valid California's driver's license.
Clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

Responsible to meet Agency, State and Federal deadlines for obtaining physician signature of medical orders and will follow up with providers to insure return of delinquent medical orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Follow written and routine delivery instructions.
Utilize Google Maps to map routes efficiently.
Follow direction and complete tasks with little to no supervision.
Comfortable driving for long periods of time in various conditions.
Comfortable driving a company vehicle if one is available.
Practice safe driving habits, following all traffic rules and regulations.
Must be honest, reliable and hardworking.
Must have a great attitude and effective communication skills with coworkers, management and referral sources.
If needed, available for overtime.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential physicians.
Assists in building community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Compassionate Care Home Health Agency as a high quality provider of services.
