The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, supporting field teams, and ensuring efficient operations. This position plays a crucial role in keeping operations moving smoothly by managing inventory and assisting with material orders for upcoming jobs.
Requirements
- Dependable, detail-oriented worker with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong computer skills and in particular Google Sheets or Excel.
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a construction, or trade-related environment is a plus
- Quickbooks experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts and assist with material orders needed for upcoming jobs
- Maintain backlog schedules
- Maintain job costing
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels
