About The Position

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Sales & Customer Fulfillment Functional SME to support Order-to-Cash solution design and implementation. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, configure SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution functionality, develop and validate solution options, support testing, resolve defects, and assist with deployment activities. The role requires strong hands-on SAP SD knowledge across the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional, technical, onsite, and offshore teams. This is a national role, and candidates may be based anywhere in the United States; however, candidates located in Ohio, particularly the Columbus metropolitan area, are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of SAP experience with strong SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution/Order-to-Cash experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience across sales organization structures, quotations, contracts, sales master data, pricing, sales orders, ATP, delivery, shipping, and billing.
• Experience supporting sales processes across channels such as eCommerce and EDI.
• Knowledge of SAP SD integration with other SAP logistics modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications supporting Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience supporting requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience working successfully with onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% throughout the United States.

Nice To Haves

• SAP S/4HANA certification is recommended, but not required.
