Order Taker and Lobby Host
About The Position
We are looking for people with positive engaging personalities that smile through a mask and a head set, speak clearly and show genuine care for the guest experience. This role can be many things - Cashier, Order Taker, Drink Maker and/or Food Runner. We started P. Terry’s with the understanding that treating our employees fairly would be the basis for our success. We make our decisions with the employee, guest, community and business lens. Requirements
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have a food handler’s permit
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Have a "yes" to the guest and winning team mentality
- Need to have stamina to maintain good energy over the shift
Responsibilities
- Use a Point of Sale system for guest orders
- Ensure a pleasant experience for the guest
- Esnure order accuracy and anticipate needs
- Fill drinks and deliver food
- Accurately handle multiple forms of payment
- Some light stocking, cleaning, washing dishes
- Making each guest feel valued
