About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, handling physical tasks, and meeting productivity goals.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders based on pick lists or warehouse management systems.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
Build and organize pallets according to customer specifications.
Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy before shipment.
Load and unload products as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
Follow all company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks as assigned.
Communicate any product shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
