We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Warehouse Associate Order Selector. The Warehouse Associate – Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing produce orders for shipment in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- People that are willing to work in our Warehouse which is a Cold storage environment (typically 34–55°F)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and labels
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or produce handling experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Select produce items based on customer orders using voice-pick or handheld systems
- Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and damage before packing
- Build pallets securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transport
- Shrink-wrap and label orders for delivery
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or electric riders (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols and food handling guidelines
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by supervisor
