About The Position

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Selectors to join a fast-paced grocery distribution operation in Wells, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy active work environments, consistent schedules, and the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position. Employees will work in a refrigerated warehouse environment, selecting and palletizing grocery products using voice-directed technology and electric pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, distribution, or pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to obtain authorization to operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurately select grocery products using a voice-directed picking system
• Operate ride-on and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Build and palletize customer orders according to established standards
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy
• Load and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
