About The Position

Capstone is seeking an Order Selector to join their team in Hanover, MD. This role involves selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. The Order Selector will also utilize VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets to fulfill orders. This position requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Flexibility in work schedule is necessary due to changing operational needs. The role also involves accurate data entry and administrative tasks, as well as the ability to sit or stand for periods in both office and warehouse environments, and walk throughout the warehouse during the shift. The warehouse environment has concrete flooring and changing temperatures.

Requirements

Ride on electric pallet jack experience required
1-2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data
Ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities

Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts
Other duties as assigned by site leadership
Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets
