About The Position

HCB's Order Selectors are the engine of our distribution process. You’ll be part of a professional team in Johnstown that uses modern technology to get our products from our warehouse to the shelves of your favorite local stores and restaurants. This role is physically active and requires consistent energy. You will be walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. You’ll handle beverage cases and kegs (up to 160 lbs). You’ll use an iPhone and Encompass Software to find and scan products. You will use our app-based system to accurately locate and scan products for customer orders with high accuracy. You’ll strategically palletize orders to ensure every pallet is stable and safe for transit. You will learn to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts. You will work toward team efficiency standards in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your performance is recognized.

No experience necessary for electric pallet jacks and forklifts; free in-house certification is provided.
