About The Position

Capstone Logistics is hiring an Order Selector in Essex Junction, Vermont. This is a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse role involving physical work and teamwork to keep products moving through the supply chain. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; motivated candidates may be trained. The position pays $21 per hour, with weekly pay and performance-based opportunities to increase earnings through productivity and attendance. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM until finish, with shifts lasting 8–10 hours.

• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize freight.
• Palletize products for storage and shipment.
• Repack and prepare freight as needed.
• Audit and verify product counts.
• Assist with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping.
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.
