About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as an Order Selector. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Work in a fast-paced team environment.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Inspect and minor maintenance of the equipment.
Must complete pre-employment physical agility test.
Match stickers/labels to the items and perform simple math.
Work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28-38, and Dry ambient temps)
Possess basic math skills.
Ability to be self-motivated and a team player.
Prior experience with RF warehouse technology.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Operate electric, stand-up/reach forklift, and electric pallet jacks.
Ability to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in different temperatures (Freezer -10 degrees, Cooler 28-38 degrees, and Dry ambient temps).

Responsibilities

Maneuver a rider pallet jack and pallet jack through the warehouse.
Build a safe and neat pallet of products to be delivered to the customer.
Locate products (cases, boxes, and bags) according to the efficient organization system of our warehouse.
Work in compliance with company standards of accuracy, product safety, labeling, and OSHA food and safety standards.
Follow pallet let down procedures.
Pick and load product as necessary.
Keep assigned work areas/isles clean and organized.
Daily inspections of equipment and safety conditions.
Maintain all paperwork and log proper pallet locations.
Report all damages to Inventory Control, write up report, remove from slots.
Stock product by filling slots (Replenish slots, and rotate product in assigned areas).
