Order Selector - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Pet Food Experts is hiring an Order Selector to work on its warehouse team. The role involves selecting, moving, and loading products from warehouse racks and storage areas onto pallets to replenish inventory or fulfill customer orders. Products include bags of pet food, cases of cans, and litter. The position is assigned to a walk-in freezer, where employees work for extended periods at temperatures at or below -5°F while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment. Employees must safely and repeatedly bend, lift, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, manually and with warehouse equipment. Pallets must be built accurately and efficiently to prevent product damage. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 2:00 p.m., with work continuing until complete. Starting pay is $18.27 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour shift differential, with scheduled increases based on tenure and additional overtime pay opportunities. Employment offers are contingent on passing a background check.

Nice To Haves
- Experience safely operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or high reach truck.
- Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack.
- Experience with Infor WMS.
