About The Position
The Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) warehouse environment. This role ensures timely and accurate fulfillment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders, pick tickets, or RF scanners
- Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before staging orders
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
- Maintain organized and clean picking areas to ensure efficiency and safety
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual or electric) safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
