About The Position

Behr Paint Company is hiring Order Pullers at its Kutztown, Pennsylvania distribution center. Order Pullers fill electronic orders using a scanner gun, manually place paint cases and buckets onto pallets, and transport pallets to the loading department with a rider jack. The role supports timely and accurate shipping so drivers stay on schedule and stores receive paint. The work is physically demanding and involves repeatedly lifting approximately 40-pound cases and 75-pound buckets throughout the day. Employees are expected to work safely, meet attendance expectations, and help maintain a clean facility. No prior paint or warehouse experience is needed; the company provides training before employees begin pulling orders. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates only. The listed hiring range is $21.50, and a $3 per hour shift differential applies to shifts starting at 12:00 PM or later. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to repeatedly lift 40 to 75 pounds throughout the day.
Ability and willingness to work safely while performing physically demanding work.
Reliable attendance.
Willingness to complete required training.
Wear steel-toed shoes and other required safety equipment.
