About The Position

Panda Express is hiring an Assistant Manager to assist with operating a single store. The role includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The company provides a store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks, along with mentorship and support from the Panda community.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• ServeSafe certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively verbally, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described in the ADA statement, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch countertops.
