About The Position

The Order Puller fills orders using an electronic scanner, manually lifts cases or buckets of paint onto pallets, and transports pallets to the loading department with a rider jack. The role is physically demanding and requires repeated safe lifting throughout the shift. Order Pullers help keep the shipping department operating smoothly, keep drivers on schedule, and deliver paint to stores. Training is provided before employees begin pulling orders on the floor. Employees participate in safety meetings and stretches at the start of each shift, wear required safety equipment, and help maintain a clean facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 40 to 75 pounds throughout the day.
• Reliability in meeting attendance expectations.
• Work safely when lifting and performing physical tasks.
• Wear steel-toed shoes and other required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and complete safety education before pulling orders on the floor.
• Fill orders using an electronic scanner.
• Manually lift cases and buckets of paint onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to move pallets to the loading department.
• Work safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes.
• Help keep the facility clean.
