The Order Puller receives and processes incoming and outgoing orders for materials, and/or merchandise to satisfy customer requests. This role involves verifying customer and order information, receiving and responding to customer orders, and reviewing orders for completeness. The Order Puller also inspects outgoing work for compliance with customer specifications, checks inventory for merchandise availability, and notifies appropriate departments about low supplies. Additionally, the role requires maintaining proficiency in safe working policies and practices, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and performing other related duties as assigned while adhering to company policies and work requirements.
