About The Position

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Order Processor to join their team. Requirements

  • 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Outstanding service skills, empathy, and ability to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a professional demeanor, adapt quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  • Must reside in Colorado or Arizona at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality/concierge or executive assistant background is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience highly preferred.
  • Additional coursework or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately create and process service work orders in the system, ensuring client needs are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Resolve client and resident issues or escalate as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, proactive communication, and professional support.
  • Work closely with branch operations teams to support scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and ensure all client interactions are documented thoroughly.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and digital surveys to ensure service expectations are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with account setup, manage client property information, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
