As an Order Processor, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by reading and processing customer and production orders, picking and assembling accurate parts and quantities, organizing, labeling, and storing inventory properly, preparing and packaging orders for shipment, updating records and tracking orders in our system, supporting shipping and warehouse teams as needed, following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace, and communicating with team members to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order processing or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP systems a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Reading and processing customer and production orders
• Picking and assembling accurate parts and quantities
• Organizing, labeling, and storing inventory properly
• Preparing and packaging orders for shipment
• Updating records and tracking orders in our system
• Supporting shipping and warehouse teams as needed
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace
