About The Position

Collectors is a leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We are looking for an Order Processor to join our Operations team. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and work from our Jersey City office.

Requirements

Reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.
Ability to prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong customer/client-focused mindset.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.

Nice To Haves

Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus.
Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.

Responsibilities

Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
Match, count, and check items.
Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
Enter items and print stickers.
Sort all orders by return carrier service.
Verify order correctness and completeness.
Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
