About The Position

AC Infinity is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the shipping process by coordinating orders, communicating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from our warehouse to our customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• General office and administrative experience.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar carriers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Must follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions to management.

Responsibilities

• Review and track daily shipment logs.
• Input orders into company shipping and order management systems.
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
• Track shipments on the master shipping list and provide updates as needed.
• Resolve shipping issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate delivery updates with the company's sales team.
• Communicate professionally with carriers and vendors via email and phone.
• Monitor inventory to help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
• Assist with other warehouse-related duties based on business needs, staffing levels, or operational priorities, which may include supporting receiving, inventory, picking, packing, or other general warehouse functions.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to assist wherever needed to help the department operate efficiently.
