About The Position

This position is based in Kewaskum, Wisconsin, and supports outbound delivery loading and yard operations on a second-shift schedule. The role bridges order picking and receiving by preparing safe, stable, accurate delivery loads and supporting the receiving team through drop-trailer management and material replenishment. The schedule is 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on an alternating two-week rotation: Monday through Thursday one week, then Tuesday through Friday the next. The position involves loading trucks in coordination with the Dispatcher’s route, arranging materials by delivery stop, banding and wrapping loads, unloading vendor drop trailers, organizing storage equipment, documenting non-conforming products, replenishing picking locations, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas.

Responsibilities

Load trucks safely and efficiently in coordination with the Dispatcher’s route.
Organize materials by delivery stop and ensure loads are banded, wrapped, and prepared for damage-free transport.
Prepare scheduled trucks for morning departure by completing outbound loading efficiently.
Unload vendor drop trailers to prepare for the morning receiving team.
Return stack racks and other specialized storage assets to designated locations.
Document non-conforming products for the receiving team before the shift ends.
Move overstock materials into primary picking locations to support the order picking team.
Clean and organize overstock and bulk storage areas.
Support loading accuracy and safety, reduce morning congestion by clearing drop trailers, and keep primary picking locations stocked for shift start.
