Requirements
- Ability to work in a time-driven environment, quickly completing work while maintaining accuracy standards
- Strong attendance, including on-time arrival for every shift
- Comfortable working in cold conditions (0–10°C)
- Physically able to stand 8 hours and lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a fast-paced and/or Warehouse environment is not required, but is an asset
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and scan food products to fulfill individual customer meal kit orders
- Complete tasks to meet specific time targets, with performance evaluated regularly for every task
- Consistently meet a 99.8% accuracy standard while working quickly and efficiently
- Follow all food safety, quality, and organization standards
- Work in a 4-6°C refrigerated environment (the same temperature as a household fridge)
- Remain on your feet for the full 8-hour shift
