About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is seeking a dependable and flexible Warehouse Associate to support both order picking and shipping operations. This role will move between areas as needed to ensure orders are picked accurately and trucks are loaded efficiently. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting multiple areas of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Cherry picker certification required OR recent experience operating one (certification can be verified or renewed upon hire)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping experience preferred
• Experience loading trucks is a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or system instructions
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment
• Load trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Assist with inventory movement and organization within the warehouse
• Support both picking and shipping teams based on daily needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
