Requirements

  • Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 6 degrees Celsius.
  • Able to stand on your feet for 8 hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs. (13 kg).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment maintained at 4–6°C (just above freezing).
  • Primary responsibilities include picking customized customer food orders and consolidating them into shipping containers, organized by delivery driver routes.
  • Tasks may involve selecting products from storage areas and placing ordered items onto sortation racks for final assembly into shipping containers.
  • Processing customer orders accurately into shipping containers according to assigned delivery routes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting defined volume targets and delivery windows.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, healthy, and food-safe production facility.
