About The Position

Taylor Corporation is hiring an Order Picker at its Pompano Beach, Florida facility. The role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, checking quality, verifying stock, replenishing shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and keeping related records. The position requires use of a ring scanner and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Must be able to use a ring scanner.
Must be able to read and count accurately and perform simple math.
Detail oriented.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals.
Effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to multitask.
Able to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly able to remain in a stationary position.
Able to operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
Frequently able to move inside the facility.
Regularly able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry more than 25 pounds.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
