About The Position

This position is responsible for picking orders in the warehouse and staging them on pallets before they are sent out on a truck for delivery. You need to be fast and accurate to ensure that the correct items are selected, and trucks are able to depart on time. This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs. Will pick products as dictated by a pick list using a scanner which gives special instructions on what aisle to go to, which slot to select from and the # of cases or products to pick from each slot.

Requirements

• Ability to lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions up to 100lbs
• Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures (40-80 degrees in Dry WH, 29-53 degrees in Cooler, -10 to 0 degrees in Freezer)
• Fast and accurate order selection
