About The Position

Taymark, a Taylor Company, is seeking an Order Picker to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for collecting items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are accurately picked and prepared for packing and shipping. Requirements

Ability to use a ring scanner
Ability to read, count accurately, and perform simple math
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated and able to multi task
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
