About The Position

Taylor Warehouse & Fulfillment, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Order Picker to join their team in Jeffersonville, IN. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. This role is for the 1st Shift, working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as required, potentially including nights and weekends. The company offers a $1,000 New Hire Incentive and benefits start on Day 1. Requirements

Must be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)
Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math
Detail oriented
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals
Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
Self-motivated and able to multi task
Certification Required for equipment
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
