About The Position

Sailrite Enterprises is a growing locally owned company in Columbia City, Indiana, seeking energetic and focused individuals to join their team as Order Pickers. The company specializes in providing specialized tools, supplies, kits, and instructional resources for sewing sails, boat covers, patio furnishings, and upholstery projects to boaters and do-it-yourselfers worldwide. Order pickers are crucial in accurately and efficiently locating and picking items for customer orders using handheld scanners. They are responsible for ensuring the correct items are packaged and labeled before moving the order to the packing line. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to pick parts at a fast pace to meet accuracy requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, possesses a strong work history and work ethic, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
