About The Position
Sailrite Enterprises is a growing locally owned company in Columbia City Indiana. We are looking for energetic focused individuals to join our team as Order Pickers! Sailrite is dedicated to equipping boaters and do-it-yourselfers all over the world with specialized tools, supplies, kits, and instructional resources to sew their own sails, boat covers, patio furnishings, and upholstery projects.
Requirements
- Dependable, maintain consistent work attendance

- Must be someone who obsesses over the details (Detail-oriented)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet productivity rates and deadlines
- Strives for excellence
- Basic math and computer skills; the ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 60 lbs routinely.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of factory-related experience in shipping and receiving a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Locating and picking items for customer orders accurately and efficiently using handled scanners.
- Ensuring that the proper items are packaged and labeled before delivering the order to the packing line.
- Paying attention to detail and picking parts at a fast pace to meet accuracy requirements and deadlines.
