About The Position

The Order Picker works at JBS USA’s Green Bay location and reports to the Shipping Supervisor. The role uses the Shop Floor Inventory system to locate products, picks products with a forklift or high-lift, and uses a scan gun to allocate products and pallets. The position also involves using heavy machinery to wrap pallets, following food safety and housekeeping procedures, and performing other duties as assigned. The schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday, at a rate of pay of $22.90. The employee must train for three weeks on first shift.

Requirements

• Demonstrate safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a cold-weather environment around 28 degrees.
• Understand the logistics of loading a trailer.
• Must be able to train for three weeks on first shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift and/or high-lift is preferred.
