About The Position

The Order Picker operates a cherry picker to build and send appropriate orders, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized warehouse and supporting the company's mission and core values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or other warehouse position, preferred
• Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks, and other warehouse equipment, highly preferred
• Experience in voice picking systems or RF devices, preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Reliable, regular attendance is essential

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an Order Picker or other warehouse position

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming pick tickets
• Locate products using tablets
• Operate a cherry picker to retrieve orders accurately
• Utilize basic math skills to determine the number of boxes to be retrieved
• Build pallets with orders and position them in the warehouse delivery station
• Stock returned inventory using a cherry picker
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions
• Ensure cherry picker is charging at the end of each shift
• Perform cycle counting when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including general housekeeping duties
• Support teamwork through active participation and helping team ideas work
• Perform duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
