About The Position
Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is hiring Order Pickers (also described as Material Handlers) for its warehouse in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves picking and packing customer orders, building pallets, and staging outbound shipments. Employees must follow safety requirements, including wearing PPE, and work collaboratively in a casual, team-focused environment. The position offers first- and second-shift schedules, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. First shift is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at $19.50 per hour. Second shift is 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at $21.50 per hour. The posting also gives a general pay range of $20.00–$21.50 per hour. Benefits are available after 90 days.
Requirements
- Solid work experience picking orders with a cherry picker and RF scanner.
- Strong job longevity, including at least two years with one employer.
- Ability to perform all warehouse duties.
- Comfort working at heights.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a five-year criminal background check and a mouth-swab drug test.
Responsibilities
